  • John Leidl
    Vice President of Information Technology

    John is an IT veteran with over 20 years of experience in the financial services, arts and entertainment, and marketing sectors. In addition to guiding the various technology offerings within Conversys, he oversees the planning and execution of strategies that anticipate and support future customer needs. John holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario, an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.

  • Dan Hurrell
    Vice President of Operations

    Dan has over 18 years of business experience that spans North America and extends to the UK. Launching his career at Xerox and moving to progressively senior positions at other Fortune 500 companies, he became a founding partner of Conversys in 2000. He has since been instrumental in its evolution into Canada’s leading DPM provider. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Sport Marketing from Ohio University.

    Darrell Cook
    Vice President of Sales & Marketing

    With almost two decades of experience in sales, marketing and business development, Darrell’s career spans a wide range of technology and Internet companies throughout North America and the UK, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. Skilled at bridging offline business processes with effective online channels, he’s also an accomplished presenter and is regularly called upon to speak at various technology conferences and corporate functions. A member of the Retail Advertising and Marketing Club of Canada (RAC), he actively supports education and effective information-sharing within the retail community.

    Mark Baldwin
    President and General Manager

    Mark draws from almost 25 years of executive management and sales experience. Prior to co-founding Conversys in 2000, he held various management and business-development positions in the industrial-textile and digital-imaging industries in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. He has successfully stewarded Conversys, evolving it from a start-up through commercialization to its current position as a Transcontinental company and Canada’s leading provider of digital promotions marketing (DPM). Under Mark’s leadership, Conversys has acquired a full portfolio of industry-leading clients, and has been who have recognized Conversys with accolades such as the 2009 Vendor of the Year award given by STAPLES-Business Depot. In addition to creating a work culture that inspires innovation and rewards achievement, Mark also recognizes the importance of a work/life balance: he is a devoted husband and father of four children, and is involved locally with the London Regional Children’s Museum as well as with industry organizations such as the Technology Leadership Council of TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario.
