    Vice President of Information Technology

    John is an IT veteran with over 20 years of experience in the financial services, arts and entertainment, and marketing sectors. In addition to guiding the various technology offerings within Conversys, he oversees the planning and execution of strategies that anticipate and support future customer needs. John holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario, an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.

    Darrell Cook
    Vice President of Sales

    With almost two decades of experience in sales, marketing and business development, Darrell’s career spans a wide range of technology and Internet companies throughout North America and the UK, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. Skilled at bridging offline business processes with effective online channels, he’s also an accomplished presenter and is regularly called upon to speak at various technology conferences and corporate functions. A member of the Retail Advertising and Marketing Club of Canada (RAC), he actively supports education and effective information-sharing within the retail community.

    GM Digital Operations

    Dan has over 18 years of business experience that spans North America and extends to the UK. Launching his career at Xerox and moving to progressively senior positions at other Fortune 500 companies, he became a founding partner of Conversys in 2000. He has since been instrumental in its evolution into Canada’s leading DPM provider. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Sport Marketing from Ohio University.

    Mark Baldwin
    Vice President, Digital Operations

    Mark Baldwin is Vice President of Digital Operations for Transcontinental Interactive. Mark co-founded Conversys, which was acquired by Transcontinental in 2009. Since 2000, he directed the company from the start-up stage through research and development and commercialization, resulting in its position as Canada’s market leader in the Digital Promotions Marketing industry. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario. He is involved with the Technology Leadership Council of TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario.
